SPENCER CO., Ind. (WFIE) – Hundreds of children in Spencer County will have a new pair of shoes, thanks to the “Kicks for Kids Program”.
We’re told it was made possible through a partnership between Rally Point Events and Indiana Michigan Power.
Organizers say a total of 500 kids will get brand new shoes through the program…
