LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Thousands of people are without power due to the impacts of high winds passing through the area on the heels of a strong cold front.
A PPL power outage map shows that, as of 5:30 p.m., nearly 15,000 people in Lancaster County are without power.
