NAPLES — Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrested a man wanted on felony charges with a warrant from Charlotte County, according to reports released Friday.
Troopers were issued a be-on-the-lookout for a 2020 Toyota Tundra, because its owner, Daniel Alberto Rabines, 38, “was wanted on a felony warrant for soliciting / enticing minors with illegal substances,” according to a statement from FHP.
