The organization’s biggest focus has always been the holidays, according to founder Timothy Chandler.
“Our biggest thing is Christmas. So, that’s how we started,” Chandler said.
Be the Miracle began nine years ago when Chandler and his wife planned to donate a single pair of shoes to a student in need. The effort quickly grew as they realized more families needed help, leading them to provide Christmas gifts to multiple students.
