Corinne LeBlanc and Cadence Collette have become East Greenwich’s first female Eagle Scouts, following the change in 2019 when the Boy Scouts of America became Scouting America, allowing girls to join. Troop 2 East Greenwich formed a female subgroup (Troop 2G) in 2021 with Corinne and Cadence as its first members. Corinne had her Eagle Court of Honor in September; Cadence and her brother, Davis, had their Eagle Court of Honor earlier this month.
