GREECE, N.Y. (WROC) — A federal lawsuit alleging the Town of Greece violated a resident’s constitutional rights is one step closer to trial after a judge denied the town’s request to dismiss several key claims.
Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth Wolford rejected the town’s attempt to throw out core portions of the lawsuit, while dismissing others.
