Rahsontanohstha Delormier, also known as “Storm,” 31, made his initial court appearance in Plattsburgh Thursday, Dec. 18, after being extradited from Canada
Delormier was indicted by a federal grand jury in June 2024 on charges of conspiracy to engage in alien smuggling and four counts of alien smuggling for profit, according to the US Attorney’s Office.
