EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – The Government of Mexico says it will use $6.4 million in lottery proceeds to assist migrants in the United States.
The money comes from a September 15 drawing titled “Mexico with an M for migrant” meant to raise extra funds for consulates in U.S. cities where immigration raids are taking place or where detention centers are filling up.
