GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Wisconsin’s online court system shows criminal charges were dismissed against a man accused of stabbing two people at a Green Bay park.
Neng Vue had faced one felony charge of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, along with several misdemeanors, with the judge adding Use Of A Dangerous Weapon modifiers to all but one charge.
