Residents and business owners in a Milwaukee neighborhood say ongoing graffiti vandalism has become a persistent and costly problem, leaving many feeling frustrated and unsure how to stop it.The vandalism has been affecting the Forest Home Hills neighborhood, with residents reporting graffiti on garages, fences, and local businesses.
