SAN ANTONIO — After a series of break-ins at HPD Auto Sales, a local car dealership, owner Alex Srougo took matters into his own hands.
Following multiple thefts that cost him thousands of dollars, Srougo equipped various items with tracking devices, including a generator.
“The generator was one of the many things that we now have trackers on. We put trackers inside of the stereos that we know he took, inside of the boxes of the tools, on the pressure washer, everything,” Srougo said…
