HOUSTON (CW39) – The City of Houston has officially dedicated the building at 1010 Lamar Street in honor of former Mayor Sylvester Turner. County Commissioner Rodney Ellis says the building represents Turner’s leadership, vision, and lifelong commitment to public service.
