TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — A man accused of killing a 25-year-old woman has been added to Oklahoma’s most wanted list, with officials warning that he should be considered violent.
The Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Uriel Cazares, who is wanted for first-degree murder after failing to appear in court. Investigators say surveillance video contradicts his original claim that Eriyon Tecson’s death was an accident. Police report that the video shows the vehicle striking her and then accelerating into her a second time.
