SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The defamation lawsuit that brought Springfield’s local music scene into the courtroom has hit a quiet note — at least for now.
According to online court records, the lawsuit filed by local disc jockey Timothy “DJ Window Units” LaBrie against local music promoter veteran Johan Collins and The Regency Live has been dismissed without prejudice.
