LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A ruling by a federal judge in Nevada on Wednesday will prevent Clark County from requiring licenses for the operation of short-term rental properties.
U.S. District Judge Miranda M. Du issued an injunction requested in a lawsuit against the county by the Greater Las Vegas Short-Term Rental Association, ruling that the lawsuit appeared headed for success on the basis of a claim that due process had been denied.
