Honolulu siblings charged in first game room case

HONOLULU (Island News) — The Honolulu Prosecutor’s Office has charged four siblings in what officials said is the first case brought against property owners under Hawaii’s new game room law, Act 249.

Adult siblings Amelia Chang, Gifford Chang, Hubert Chang and Kelfred Chang have each been charged with four counts of second-degree promotion of gambling.
