Gurkha Grill & Chill, 1214 E. 38th St. (Ready-to-eat foods were not datemarked, or were kept past seven days. Exposed internal components of a broken wall air conditioner located above clean dishes was treated with pesticide powder. Unit will be removed; hood/filters found with grease build-up/drips and need to be cleaned; facility has lost its certified food employee over three months ago) Also three noncritical violations.
