RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused delays in the City of Richmond on Friday.
The crash reportedly occurred at 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 19 and was located on I-95 near the Maury Street exit.
