GRETNA, La. (WVUE) – A local butcher shop is helping families prepare for Christmas with pre-made holiday meals that require minimal preparation at home.
Gourmet Butcher Block, located at 2144 Belchase Highway in Gretna, has been serving the community for 31 years. Owner Glenn Mistich said the business offers holiday gift boxes and prepared foods designed for busy families.
Gift boxes offer variety of prepared meats
The shop offers three different gift box options. The smallest box costs $38 and includes a deboned stuffed chicken, stuffed pork chops and a pack of sausage.
