WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Some elementary students in Derby celebrated their last day of the semester with an event that required running shoes.
Stone Creek Elementary School held an Inflate-a-thon, with teachers and staff racing to the finish line in inflatable costumes.
Principal Sandy Rusher said the event is a great way to have some fun and acknowledge the students’ accomplishments.
