St. Louis man accused of shooting at fast food worker: Records

ST. LOUIS – An arrest warrant has been issued for a St. Louis man who is accused of shooting at a Jack-in-the-Box employee over a heated argument.

According to St. Louis Circuit attorneys, the shooting happened on Wednesday, Dec. 17, at a Jack-in-the-Box on S. Grand Boulevard. Officials say Damartrius Dodd, 28, had a verbal altercation with one of the workers over a “personal matter.”

Authorities say Dodd initially left the restaurant but returned to the drive-through, escalating the conflict further with the employee. Prosecutors say that after this dispute, Dodd left his car and waited outside the Jack-in-the-Box until the victim left the building…
