SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Pennington County jurors are determining whether a Rapid City hotel violated the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
NDN Collective is suing the company that owns the Grand Gateway Hotel.
They say the hotel discriminated against potential customers because of their race.
