SALEM, Ore. (KATU) — Salem is preparing for a high-impact atmospheric river expected to bring heavy rain, rising creeks, and potential flooding across the Mid-Willamette Valley through the end of the week.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Flood Watch for Northwest Oregon, including Salem, beginning late Wednesday through late Friday.
