BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore Police Department is seeking the public’s help for information regarding the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old last week in south Baltimore.
Officials said Michael Hitchens was shot at the 2500 block of Washington Boulevard at around 3:00 p.m. on December 13.
