BUFFALO, N.Y. — The man accused of killing an Allentown couple was back in court on Friday, as attorneys debated his mental state at the time of the alleged murders.
Prosecutors say Bryan Chiclana, 34, is charged with murdering Mickey Harmon and Jordan Celotto inside their home on Saint Louis Place in Buffalo on March 4. The killings are alleged to have happened in March.
