ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A fourth person has been arrested for carrying a weapon on SC State campus, says SLED.
Investigators with SLED say 19-year-old Lucas Bradley of Columbia was charged on Thursday, Dec. 18, with carrying a weapon on school property.
