GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Ramps connecting I-196 to U.S. 131 near Grand Rapids have reopened after a rollover crash caused major damage on Dec. 2.
The ramp from westbound I-196 to southbound U.S. 131 and the ramp from northbound US-131 to eastbound I-196 are open, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
