NEWPORT, Pa. — Last month, Gwendolyn Lane posted a heartfelt message on Facebook seeking justice after the death of her pit bull, Ruby, one of two dogs she gave to a Perry County couple to look after while Lane navigated a domestic violence situation in 2024.
