HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA – The City of Huntsville approved the annexation of nearly 700 acres on Highway 72 east near Gurley on Thursday.
The Huntsville City Council voted to annex 686 acres that will be zoned as industrial or commercial. This is the second largest annexation of land by the city of Huntsville this year.
