LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A former police officer was sentenced to decades in prison after he was found guilty of raping and sexually assaulting three girls, including one whose rape case he was assigned to investigate.
On Thursday, a judge sentenced former Lancaster city police officer Andrew Selby, 56, to 22 and a half to 57 years in prison, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office announced.
