An inspector found food temperature violations during a recent inspection at a country club in The Villages.
The inspector paid a visit Dec. 11 to Mallory Hill Country Club and found three high-priority violations, one intermediate violation and three basic violations, according to an arrest report from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
