Montierre Development, The Dynasty | Ocoee’s developers, is facing multiple lawsuits and construction liens totaling more than $11 million in alleged unpaid debts.
The group is developing The Dynasty | Ocoee, a mixed-use sports project on 159 acres in Ocoee, featuring 1,100 hotel rooms, 17 sports fields and 500,000 square feet of commercial, retail and restaurant space.
