Union Pacific Railroad has started development on a new, 2,000-acre industrial park near Rosenberg, which company leaders say will give people access to prime transportation corridors.
The site is already open for build-to-suit development for industrial, commercial and retail customers, according to Robynn Tysver, a spokesperson for Union Pacific. That will help fuel development on the site.
