City of Tempe changes planning and permit application

The City of Tempe Community Development Department Planning Division has updated all its online applications, forms and permits.Updates were made to help streamline the applications and provide clearer guidance. In the new applications, you’ll find updated checklist contents, document naming requirements and more. Whether you’re submitting a use permit, general plan amendment, development plan review or other type of request, be sure to visit our website to find the most up-to-date application form.In addition, starting Dec. 31, all Development Plan Review applications and Subdivision applications will be reviewed with decisions rendered by staff rather than an agendized public meeting.
