CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich announced this week the release of Elwood Jones, who spent decades on death row for the 1994 murder of Rhoda Nathan in Blue Ash.
Jones is now a free man with no chance of ever being retried for the murder after charges were dropped with prejudice.
“The fact of the matter is, this office was wrong,” Pillich said.
