FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) The City of Fort Wayne announced Friday that it’s looking for consulting firms to create the next 10 year plan for the downtown.
According to a press release issued by the city’s Community Development Division, the current plan was adopted in 2003 and has resulted in over a billion dollars in investments over the past 22 years.
Major projects undertaken during that time include Parkview Field, the Harrison, Ash Skyline Tower, Superior Lofts, the Urban Trail, Cityscape Flats, The Landing, The Bradley, Promenade Park, Electric Works, The Pearl and Pearl Arts Center, Riverfront at Promenade Park, the Arts United Center expansion and more…
