Retail, bar, industrial and commercial properties all change hands in coastal Alabama

A local investor paid $3.15 million for an industrial property at 26532 Railroad Ave., in Loxley, according to Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who represented the seller.

Steadman Bethea of Stirling Properties worked for the buyer. The property includes 68,376 square feet of office and storage buildings with pole barns.
