ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Changing Winds Martial Arts Academies USA in Rochester celebrated the end of the year annual awards and rank promotions for its Shotokan Karate students Friday evening.
Rochester Mayor Malik Evans presented a 15-year anniversary proclamation of Changing Winds Martial Arts Dojos LLC Henrietta and Rochester Martial arts programs. The Senior Chief Instructor is 10th Dan Black Belt Christopher M Tillman Sr. who’s worked 60 years in Martial arts and 45 years as an instructor.
