TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Residents at Madonna Homes say they have lost hot water twice this month already.
13 Action News first reported on the issue weeks ago when people living at the Madonna Homes went five days without hot water before a fix. Now, residents are left in the cold again and claim management is not taking action.
