Accused fentanyl dealer from Metairie arrested in St. Tammany Parish

A Metairie man known to be selling illegal narcotics was arrested by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office this week.

Detectives with STPSO Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop Tuesday (December 16) in Mandeville which resulted in the arrest of 55-year-old Brent Holmes of Metairie.

Holmes, who was known to be distributing illegal narcotics on the Northshore, was found with 3 ounces of fentanyl and a quarter ounce of crack cocaine in his truck…
