State troopers arrested a 56-year-old Eugene man on Thursday, Dec. 18, in connection with a three-vehicle collision that killed a Springfield man on Interstate 5 south of Goshen, a state police spokesperson said.
A Lane County grand jury indicted Kennith Nelsen on charges of second-degree manslaughter, recklessly endangering another and fourth-degree assault, state police spokesperson Jolene Kelley said. He remained in Lane County Jail as of Friday.
