CORINTH, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Corinth man is facing an additional charge in connection to a child endangerment investigation in November, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Fred O’Donnell, 42, has been charged with second-degree assault.

O’Donnell was among three people arrested during the initial investigation, located at a home in Corinth. The 42-year-old was first charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child but is now also alleged to have struck another person with a whip-like object, the sheriff’s office said.
O’Donnell was reportedly arraigned in the Corinth Town Court. He is being held at the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
