Police responded to a single-car crash at 1:31 a.m. Dec. 7. The driver told the officer he was no injured, but did not remember how the crash happened. He appeared impaired and peformed poorly on field sobriety tests. The driver submitted to a breath test, but the first attempt registered invalid. The man agreed to provide a sample again, which reportedly registered more than twice the legal limit for intoxication. The man refused to submit to another breath test, arguing with officers that he had already provided two samples.
