WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – In late October, Jefferson Township announced that its current fire protection service agreement with the Town of Ossian will end after December 31, 2025, and a new one has not been secured.
As the agreement’s end date nears, Wells County community members and leaders have become increasingly concerned about the township’s potential loss of fire protection services.
