A controversial warehouse complex proposed near the Amity Hall interchange is off the table for now after supervisors declined to give the developer more time, even as the township continues to weigh zoning changes that could open the door to data centers on the same land.
At their Dec. 10 meeting, supervisors Karl Raudensky, Darren Miller and Joel Deaven voted 3-0 against granting another extension to MRP Industrial for the Susquehanna Crossings project, a two-building warehouse and distribution center planned on industrially zoned land near Routes 22/322 and 11/15.
