Joel Klatt links Louisville’s Jeff Brohm to Michigan head coach opening

The College Football Playoffs kicked off last night, and fans across the nation saw Alabama rattle off 24 unanswered points, leading to their 34-24 victory. The second set of games for the first round is taking place this evening and this afternoon, and while Louisville football isn’t in the playoffs, they certainly are being talked about.

At the end of the season, breaking news shocked the nation after Michigan fired Sheronne Moore. This season has seen multiple powerhouse programs fire their coaches, and in the 2025 coaching carousel, one name linked to nearly every program is Jeff Brohm.

With Michigan now in search of a new head coach, it’s no surprise the media is trying to push Brohm to Michigan now, and the latest to do so is Joel Klatt.
