RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Scott’s Addition residents and business owners expressed mixed feelings about new parking enforcement measures set to begin Jan. 5, with many saying the neighborhood needs more parking spaces rather than stricter regulations.
The Greater Scott’s Addition Association board voted in August to reinstate and refine parking enforcement to better serve the neighborhood’s needs.
