TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A woman’s body was found in the rubble of an abandoned, burned down home in Toledo’s Old South End.
Residents there have been trying to eliminate blight and vacant properties for quite some time. They say this tragedy underscores a safety issue with abandoned homes.
