The City of Gonzales announced drive-through window access to city hall on Fridays will be terminated beginning in January 2026.
“Some months back the City of Gonzales transitioned to four day works weeks, with one exception, in keeping with the practice of neighboring municipal and governmental entities,” an update on the city’s website read. “In order to accustom billpayers to the new hours, the drive-through window at city hall was kept open from 7-11 a.m. on Fridays.”
