Arkansas Crisis Center launches ar teen connect program for youth mental health

The Arkansas Crisis Center announced Thursday that it will receive funding to develop a mental health program for teens, set to launch in early 2026.

The program, called AR Teen Connect, is backed by the Blue & You Foundation and aims to connect teens with certified youth mentors who can relate to the pressures of their generation.

“Young people in our state deserve to be heard, supported and connected long before they reach a point of crisis,” said Rebecca Pittillo, president of the Blue & You Foundation. “We believe AR Teen Connect will make a meaningful impact by giving teens a safe place to talk openly and by strengthening early, preventive mental health care across Arkansas.”…
